Agreement to Rules
- Sponsor: The Sponsor of The Christmas Giveaway is Wildeway.
- The Giveaway begins at on 11 December, 2023 at 00:00 AM PST and ends at on 24 December, 2023 at 11:59PM PST
- By entering the Giveaway (the "sweepstakes"), the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. You should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes. Additionally, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Wildeway and its respective successors and assigns from and against any cause of action or claim, including but not limited to any form and degree of personal injury and/or damage to or loss of property, which arises out of participating in the Sweepstakes, such as receipt, travel, acceptance to and/or from prize pick up location/use or misuse of the prize, or the use of any photo/video/entry in relation to such participation in the Sweepstakes.
- Each winner is required to provide copies of a valid US Driver's license to pick up the prize.
Winner Selection and Notification
- The Winner will be selected under the supervision of the Sponsor.
- The Winner will be notified via the official email (wildewayebike@outlook.com)within 7 days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winnerβs provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
- The final winners will ONLY be determined based on the official announcement. Winners encrypted name will be posted on our official website and our official Instagram/Facebook page.
Eligibility for the Sweepstakes
- Legal residents of the 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (Hawaii Alaska are excluded) who are 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater) at the beginning of the Term.
- Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Wildeway (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Christmas giveaway. The Christmas giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
