BATTERY & CHARGING

32Ah or 60Ah? Choose for your riding day.

Compare stored energy, the included charger and approximate charging time. Choose the capacity that suits your route, charging access and lifting needs.

Included charger5A charger5%–100% charge: approx. 6–7 hours

Approximate charging times are based on charging from 5% to 100% with the included charger, ending when the charger indicator turns green. Actual time can vary with conditions. The documented 60Ah road-test distance applies to the 60Ah configuration only.

Distance accumulated during the ride

Five recorded battery-indicator stages from the same continuous test.

  1. Stage 125 mi
  2. Stage 246 mi
  3. Stage 368 mi
  4. Stage 483 mi
  5. Stage 594 mi

Cumulative distances are rounded for readability. Exact records are available below. Indicator stages are parts of one ride, not separate range tests or equal battery percentages.

Each stage records the distance traveled as one battery-indicator bar was used. These are sequential parts of one ride, not five separate tests.

Distances shown in miles are converted from the original kilometer record.

Tire pressure was reported as normal; an exact pressure was not recorded. Route elevation, average speed and the battery state at the end were not supplied.

Result from one brand-conducted 60Ah road test, not a guaranteed or maximum range. Actual range varies with speed, terrain, load, temperature, tire pressure and motor use. This test does not establish 32Ah range or range at individual assist levels.

MOTOR & PERFORMANCE

Why choose dual-motor drive?

Switch between front, rear and dual-motor drive for changing routes, inclines and cargo needs. The front motor adds a second driven wheel; both motors are available when you need additional drive support.

2,300W is combined peak output, not continuous power. Performance depends on load, terrain, speed and riding conditions.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU RIDE

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to most common questions about products, orders, shipments, and payments.

Should I choose 32Ah or 60Ah?

32Ah · 1,536Wh · 5A charger
Choose this option for everyday commuting and errands when you can charge between rides. Complete bike weight: 121.5 lb.

60Ah · 2,880Wh · 8A charger
Choose this option for longer riding days and fewer charging stops. It stores 87.5% more energy than the 32Ah battery. Complete bike weight: 132.7 lb.

Both options are removable. Range depends on speed, hills, cargo, temperature and motor use. Battery capacity does not guarantee a particular riding distance.

Can I fold and lift SummitX for storage?

One adjustable frame. Recommended rider height: 5'4"–6'4". Seat height: 35–43.3 in. Check your inseam and comfortable reach before ordering.

Plan for storage and lifting. Folded size: 38.1 × 22 × 35.4 in. Bike weight without battery: 98.8 lb. With 32Ah: 121.5 lb. With 60Ah: 132.7 lb. Folding reduces storage space, not the weight you need to lift.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock orders typically dispatch in 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Timing varies by location and carrier conditions. Promotional gifts may arrive separately. View shipping details.

What kind of after-sales support and warranty policy does the Wildeway SummitX offer?

Shipping: In-stock orders typically dispatch in 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Free delivery to the contiguous 48 US states; exclusions and delivery conditions apply. Shipping details.

Limited warranty: Frame and front fork: 2 years. Core electrical components: 1 year. Battery: 1 year or 300 charging cycles, whichever comes first. Coverage and exclusions vary by component. Warranty details.

15-day return window: Conditions and fees apply to non-defective returns. Unopened returns incur a $200 return shipping fee. Eligible opened, like-new returns under 10 miles incur $200 plus a 20% restocking fee. Full return policy.

How much cargo can I carry, and is commercial use covered?

The published maximum combined rider and cargo load is 350 lb. The rear rack is rated for 110 lb within that total. Secure and balance your load.

The current limited warranty excludes commercial use, including food delivery and courier services. Review the warranty exclusions before buying for commercial work.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, PayPal and Affirm Installment plans at check out.

What should I check before choosing a speed setting?

The default maximum speed is 20 mph, with an adjustable range of 12–28 mph. Check the rules for your location and intended riding area before riding or changing settings. A default speed setting alone does not establish permission to use the bike in a particular place.

Summitx feature mobile phone charging? What are the specifications for the instrument cluster and lighting system?

A color LCD shows speed, assist level, battery status, mileage and drive mode. The USB Type-C port supports compatible phone charging. Integrated lights include a headlight and rear brake light.

What suspension and braking does SummitX have?

SummitX has a 65mm suspension fork with adjustment and lockout, 20 × 4.0 in tires, and front/rear hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors. It does not have rear suspension. Braking and traction depend on surface, tires, speed, load and maintenance.

Avoid submersion and high-pressure washing. Electrical certification details are linked in the specifications.
