Warranty Policy

WILDEWAY covers all defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. In the event a defect covered by this Warranty Policy occurs, WILDEWAY will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms of this Warranty Policy. This Warranty Policy is only applicable to product problems caused by non-human or force majeure factors, applies to the WILDEWAY products in the following ways:

Main Parts -- 1 year
• Battery
• Motor
• Charger

Other Components -- 90 days

Note: Consumable items and the damage caused by man-made and are not covered by the warranty. (The battery capacity decay is subject to the test capacity of the machine, not the decay of the total riding odometers.)

HOW CAN I GET MY WARRANTY?
Please contact us at support@wildewayebike.com with the following information:

1. Purchase Site

2. Order Number

3. Serial Number of the ebike

4. Photos/videos and a short description of the problem

Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when making enquiries on this warranty.

 

Order Cancellation

To cancel a placed order, please contact us at support@wildewayebike.com before the order ships out. Submitting a cancellation request before order ship out will not guarantee a cancellation success. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.

We will not be able to cancel order after order shipped out. Please wait for the order to deliver and contact us for a return label within 15 days of delivery. Rejecting an shipped out order or failing to follow the return procedure might cause item loss in transit or reject by warehouse due to no return registration which might lead to ineligibility of refund or replacement. 


Return Policy
15-Day Trial

WILDEWAY provides a 15-day trial on all electric bikes. To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact WILDEWAY within 15 days of your receipt of the ebike. The ebike must have less than 10 miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). For non-quality issues, a 20% processing fee will be applied. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $300. You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from WILDEWAY. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to process a return. Returns are not allowed after 15 days of the delivery date or have more than 10 miles on the odometer. 

If the retuin is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Thespecific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is notrequired to bear the shipping fee for this reason.



ACCESSORY AND REPLACEMENT PARTS
Returns are not allowed for any purchase of accessories or replacement parts.

REFUNDS
Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value.
Refunds will be made after the ebike is received and inspected by our warehouse.

PROCESS
Please ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided during the return merchandise authorization process. Any unauthorized returns are not covered by WILDEWAY.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?

2. Order Number/Receipt

3. Serial Number of the scooter/bike

4. Photos/videos showing the condition of the ebike (Odometer, packaging, parts, accessories, etc.)
