Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Free standard shipping covers the contiguous 48 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes are excluded.

Which bikes come with the three accessories?
The bike lock, phone holder and mirrors are packed with SummitX, FW11S Pro and FW11 Pro. These promotional accessories are not included with Advent or Wander Ultra. A SummitX front basket is optional and is shipped separately.
Should I choose SummitX 32Ah or 60Ah?
32Ah provides 1,536Wh of battery capacity. 60Ah provides 2,880Wh for more energy between charges and adds weight. Consider your route, charging access, storage and ability to handle the bike. Actual range depends on load, terrain, weather, speed and assist level.
What does the 15-day return window cover?
Contact support within 15 days of delivery. Eligibility depends on mileage, condition and original packaging. Non-defective returns carry shipping fees; opened items can also incur a restocking fee. Read the full return conditions ↗
What is covered by the warranty?
Coverage depends on the component: frame and front fork up to 2 years; core electrical parts generally 1 year; battery 1 year or 300 charge cycles, whichever comes first. Conditions and exclusions apply, including commercial-use exclusions. Check coverage before buying ↗
How do US and Canada offers differ?
